The room was comfortable and had a relaxed atmosphere, and the setting was excellent, being very close to the Rialto bridge and San Marco square, with restaurants and a residential area nearby, and the staff were generally polite.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the directions to the apartment were a bit confusing and not very helpful.
